email hosting

Hi

I am looking for a quality managed Australian based email hosting service provider for a single domain, for a small number of mailboxes. Basically there are two avenues I can take here:

MS Exchange hosted domain, or standards based email services. At this stage I am interested in both.

For Exchange based email hosting, I am looking to access the service using RPC over HTTPS, and OLWA.

For a standards based solution:

- IMAP over SSL (IMAPS)
- Sieve (not a show stopper, but nice, web interface even nicer)
- Authenticated SMTP on submissions port (587) with enforced SSL or TLS
- *Nice looking* webmail client (e.g. something like Roundcube) available over SSL only

Common to any solution, I am looking for:

- 100 MBytes of server side storage per mailbox (expandable per our requirements, or a decent amount of storage shared between mailboxes.
- Warnings when approaching storage limits, grace period to recover.
- Management interface for adding, deleting, editing accounts, resetting forgotton passwords.
- Automatic billing adjustments as accounts are added, deleted, with emailed confirmations.
- A real SLA
- Redundant secure storage of mailboxes (RAID on server, SAN, NAS etc.)
- Telephone support Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm every day except public holidays. Emergency support outside hours would be nice. (No one man bands please!)
- Spam management - spams stored in a separate folder which is available to the recipient for 30 days
- Virus management - Viruses stripped from emails
- Timely application of security patches
- Notifications of maintenance windows.

There is no requirement for DNS hosting, web hosting, though if you have this quality of email infrastructure with a Plesk or CPanel type set-up by all means get in contact.

Regards
