This is now the second year of the domains, The domain had mainly been used as a webhosting company that had now rebranded ( I can provide a link via PM) They had not been used for around 4 months.

I own a trademark and 2 patents and I can tell you generic words are impossible to defend hence why new words like google and yahoo are easily trademarkable and defendable in court.

It would be like if someone registered Web Hosting as trademark two generic words.
