Do you have experience in *nix and windows troubleshooting and administration?

Hey Jim,

I have worked troubleshooting issues on most Windows based environments, and I am familiar with Debian, Mandrake and Redhat distros - especially the GUIs and to some extend command prompt.

Administration of these systems is fine, however I have not done administration in a professional capacity.
