Tech Support Work Available.

Au-Support currently has a limited number of positions available for customer support techs.

We provide outsourced customer support to US based hosts to cover their night shifts.

The work is mainly ticket and live chat based.

Available hours are from 9:00am to 11:30pm GMT +10, 7 days a week.

You don’t need to be a sys admin you do however need to be able to work in Linux shell, and have a good grounding in php, cgi, mysql. Tomcat knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.

The work currently is on cpanel boxes, but knowledge of other controllers is also welcome.

You will need some sales skills and be able to clients a “no bull****” response to their questions.

Employment is on a sub contract basis which means you will need to have an ABN number.

If you are expecting a fortune in remuneration please don’t apply.

We can work out a per ticket or per hour structure to suit your needs.
