Most, if not all of your requirements should be covered by a server running cPanel fairly easily.

Because of the high disk space requirement I'd highly recommend a virtual private server, as it's a step up from shared hosting, but not as big of a jump as going to a dedicated server (it's also more cost effective as well!).

I'm not sure your using 50GB of disk space? Do you have a more realistic figure rather than looking for another host which heavily oversells?

If your budget extends to a dedicated box - I'd certainly recommend Spirit Connect. I have a few websites with him, and they haven't had any downtime in the last year or so.

However, that being said, if you find that it doesn't stretch that far - still have a look at their hosting packages and perhaps get a quote for the amount of space you're currently using?

Another alternative to this solution is invest in some capital investment and buy your own physical 1ru Server. You can pick up a cost effective server on ebay or grays online for less than $1000 and or a new Dell server with 8GB of memory quad core processor with hardware raid and 3 years warranty for around $2000.

Once you own a physical server your monthly costs are significantly reduced.

Micron21 could provide you with 1RU co-location and 50GB of data for $130 per month.
