I have a few requirements: I need to have business hours access to my equipment and remote hands in case I cannot get onsite in time, can you also specify your policy for accessing equipment and response turnaround time.

As mentioned in my above post, we need to prepare a custom quote for you for starters, but we need more details as to if the bandwidth is per server or as a total across the 4 servers.

Our price for the 1RU @ $99 inc GST is excluding data.

If you can provide more information about how the data is being distributed, then we can provide a quotation

Hello John,

We have a special running at the moment on our 10RU lockable cabinets with 1TB data for $999 per month (incl 10 x IP's) We are also waiving the setup fee for this (usually $499). This will provide you with 24 x 7 free access via a security card. This also includes free remote reboots.
