I'm new to this forum. Thought I'd try much luck with a request for info on hosting a website for a new client.

They are a non-profit assoc'n, so I'd like to keep costs down.

Requirements:
- *nix (always!)
- ~10GB of disk space is required. I think they need around 5GB atm but this is constantly growing.
- Currently the required just over 20GB of bandwidth per month. This will grow too.
- SSH & SFTP access

AFAIK it's just plain HTML (no PHP or database required - but may need it later). They maintain a large document archive (PDF) which is the reason for the disk & bandwidth requirements.

I've plenty of hosting experience but not with a site of this size. Currently I am looking at MelbourneIT business plan at about US$25/month. Does anyone have any experience with them? Any suggestions/recommendations/alternatives appreciated.

My preference is for an AU location, but I'm not terribly fixed on this.
