I currently host with Jumba, i'm very satisfied with them, except they don't allow more domains on a account without fairly large plan upgrades.
So i thought i would come here first before i upgrade (again).

I'm not too fussed about space/bw but the more the better
(most 'big' things are hosted on S3)

Domains; I need 5 domains min, 10+ preferable.
Space; 1GB min, 2+ Preferable
BW; 10GB+

Needs Cpanel, Unlimited FTP / Email accounts, email forwarders etc

Prefer Melbourne DC but Sydney is fine, i find WA too slow
