Please read this note, I would like you as buyer and me have a clear understanding for this transaction.

Pay me half of the payment if you are agree to buy this template and I will get the rest once the subpages are done.

Subpages has not yet been designed. They only will be designed based on request from the client. So you will provide me some information on how the page will look like but still the layout will follow the main page. designing subpages probably will take around 3-5 days but it depends on the request.

HTML + PSD format will only be in HTML 4.1 + basic CSS.
