Talking COVE acquires Fresh Networks

Hi guys,

I just wanted to let everyone know that COVE has acquired another web host today. This time the lucky host is Fresh Networks.

Please see http://forums.cove.com.au/showthread.php?t=339 for more details.

Nathan is very active around here, but he is moving on to better (so he tells me!) things.

Purely out of curiosity as someone who has purchased other hosts in the past are these being bought as running businesses and will continue to operate under their previous names as separate entities or are the clients to be incorporated into cove

Re: COVE acquires Fresh Networks

Fresh Networks will be dissolved into COVE. JGK was slighly different - the name still exists for the design/development work, but the hosting customers have been merged into the COVE brand.

Re: COVE acquires Fresh Networks

Hi Angus,

With this particular one, we are bringing across all the clients in to COVE and ceasing the trading of the Fresh Networks brand.

The JGK-CS one was a little different, as another company purchased the business name and other divisions, we just got the hosting and domain customers.

Don't worry, there are no promises here of keeping brands alive then ditching them months later
