I must admit, I do like No. 2 because its simple, yet affective.
But I think Brenden did choose a Great Australian Flag image when he designed his Logo.
Great colour, great image, great Logo Vee !
Since this is a Public Poll, No. 7 for me

I voted for number 2. I like the pic of Aus & the stars, it all blends in nicely without being too imposing yet at the same time people will know it's an Australian forum. The others are good too but they just didn't grab my interest.

Cant believe u even stuck my early ones in there, they were just quick mockups, i did them better, but once i saw Vees, i didnt bother posting them. 1 2 3. I did a few others too, but never uploaded anywhere.
I still say Vees one is the best
Wheres the other good one, with the WHT Swirls turned into the Aussie map? That was a great idea. |

The size is one of the reasons I like it. We can tell which forum we're on without having to think about it. Might help some non-au visitors too.

I voted No.2
The Southern Cross and Federation Star says it all and the addition of the map of Oz will help visitors who don't readily associate the stars with our great nation.
No offence to the guys who included the flag in their submissions but I considered the fact that there is every possibility that our flag could change in the not too distant future. Anything can happen these days.

2 is ok, just move the Stars to here where i have em, looke stupid with it over the top of the Swirl.
But Vees (large Flag) is still the best.
And ye, i like the idea of it being huge. Makes it very obvious since all stock VB forums seem to use this default color scheme. |
