Cheers Ros,
Though my tongue in cheek comment was not suppose to get your undies in a knot hehe.
The person who started this thread is worried about the rise and rise of EBAY costs he does not say anything about a loyal customer base etc.
So in theory he could be selling two items a week and calling it a business and now looking to save that what 3 dollars and go online EXCLUSIVE!
All I am saying is that its NOT that easy to start selling online your site is only 20% and the rest would have to come from MARKETING and of course WORD of MOUTH.
Deals Direct have spent over 850K on the last catalogue alone obviously a big player and should not be compared not to mention they had very very very very big import agreements even when they had everything running on ebay until ebay did something dirty to them.
The idea that someone had of offering exactly the same product on a Ecommerce site and on EBAY just bigger % that sounds good.
More over the OP is worried about "And, secondly, If there is no other way whats the cheapest eCommerce domain provider available that you guys have found, and works best for your business?"
Too me that sounds like the person wants to expand without paying too much. If he wants to make money he needs to spend it.
