This issue was that the node server became under a lot of load and became unstable.
It was then rebooted, as it was coming back online it did not boot into the correct kernel due to some HyperVM files that had been corrupted.
We then fixed up the corrupted files which took over 2 hours to complete.
Once this was done the server was rebooted and all VPS server were imported back into HyperVM into a new Data Base.
As of now all HyperVM access has been disabled until tomorrow as usernames and passwords need to be reset for all HyperVM logins.
Anybody wanting access to their HyperVM control panel, can you please reply or email
support@burstnetworks.com.au with your current hyperVM login details you were provided with and your password so we can re-enable this for you.
Any servers that are still down or still experiencing issues, please email
support@burstnetworks.com.au and we can get these sorted out.
Thank you very much for your patience during this time.
