Re: Help and be care of this company!

To kdo-Shaun ,

I need to tell more details, there are two cased there, i mainly discuss case2 here. the one your mention is case1.
Anyway, to make it clear, i can explain more.

Case 1. I bought that IBM Server at 2000AUD, and I paid it in "20 Mar. 2009", seller is not response in 18 hours after payment, then i filed a dispute in paypal. after several hours' argument in paypal dispute resolution, then we agree to make another transaction and i change to buy this dell server. then seller refund this 2000AUD. and send me inovice 1300AUD for dell server in 24 Mar. 2009.

Case 2, i paid this dell server 1300AUD in 24 Mar. 2009. And no response from seller for many days, then i file another dispute in 02 Apr. 2009. if seller removes credit card from paypal, i dont paypal can deduce any fund from seller's paypal account in this case.

This is the first mistake as it is completely against eBay's policy.

I can't see how the seller is innocent in all of this as it appears they can't follow the basic eBay rules.

LOL..

Ctoto, get over it, goto Paypal/ebay for it. Your repeat posts have convinced me not to support your claim. Congratulations you've converted people to OzPacific rather than away from them.

Re: Help and be care of this company!

seems like OzPacific is pulling a fast one here..

if the server has been paid for, then send it, pretty simple

give paypal/ebay a scanned courier paper work of when it was sent.

cant be that difficult.

10+ days without a server and payment has been made... would **** anyone off.

Main issue with a paypal dispute is they are not always simple. Even if you give paypal all the evidence under the sun. They may rule the other way. Then you have no cash, and no server. I don't blame ozpacific. Why does the OP not cancel the dispute release the funds and OzP would then send it. They could then even re start the dispute and paypal would take the cash again, one of the reasons paypal is so crap, but thats another thread)

To be honest who is more likly to be pulling a sly one?
An sutralian company with 1000's of happy customes and history on this form (your so called industry/colluage)(sp)) or some random dude from asia who just got on this forum to rant and smear ozp.

Simply, nothing i need to say/reply for your email, instead just waiting further emails from you.
Going by the above the server has apparently been sent.

mate it's time you get of your high horse, just because you deal with an Australian company doesnt make them a saint.

i have been stuffed around with more Aus companies via ebay than i can recall, even when things are done via the correct channel.

Re: Help and be care of this company!

Hi all,

Server was sent, currently on hold at Toll due to the paypal dispute. the scanned consignment details have been sent to paypal and a lengthy discussion with the buyer was been made as of a few moments ago.

I believe this is all everyone needs to know.

ctoto - if you have any further questions or concerns in regards to this (please also understand that this was a personal sale, NOTHING to do with OzPacific - just for everyones records), please either call me (office or mobile), email or MSN. Please use these methods before attempting to flame on these forums in future. Also, like most other companies, our office is closed over the easter break and will return on Tuesday morning.

I suspect that ctoto will update this post in due course after our agreement. nothing further can be done until we return from the Easter long weekend - understandable.

thanks,
Matt

Re: Help and be care of this company!

Judging by the number of PMs and reported posts I have just archived, it looks like this matter has been resolved. Possibly not to the liking of all concerned (I think the server and monies are back with their originators), but resolved nonetheless so this thread can stay closed now.
