There are generally two types of tax you should be aware of;
Income tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Each are separate and have different triggers. Depending on your business, you may need to structure your business differently to ensure that you find the tax instance that's right for you, whether you have to pay GST and how it affects your income tax and liability.
In short, speak to a tax agent. There is a lot to consider. International taxation can also be tricky and is not straight forward.
