Secure Data Repository

Do any of you use any kind of data repository to keep track of internal data?

We have hundreds of spreadsheets with IP addresses, software licenses, backup schedules, maintenance schedules, password information, etc.

I am looking at putting it all into a wiki or something similar but wanted to see if anyone knew of anything more secure or suited to this task?

Re: Secure Data Repository

PmWiki (PmWiki | PmWiki / PmWiki) is good software when combined with SSL certificates and an encrypted hard drive where the wiki files are stored.

However, this will not suite you when you are wanting tables of IPs to be stored. Excel is usually not a bad place to put these.

If you are using a billing system like WHMCS you can manage IP pools from within that software.
