    Wink Caged/Jailed FTP Server Windows&Linux
Okay, it is getting to a point where I need some assistance to help maintain my servers for a gaming community, update content, and bug fixes.

I use a Linux VPS as a 'Fast Download' server. I've only ever used FTP Through SSH to access it, so I do not actually have a FTP Server installed. Also the web files are located in is default directory. "/var/www/html/downloads/"
I have managed to partly setup a jailed FTP Server before, but they could still see all the files on the server (But couldn't edit what wasn't theirs).

How Do I go about setting up the Linux FTP Server so a standard user cad login, view, edit, upload/download files ONLY WITHIN "/var/www/html/downloads/"?

Need the same thing for Windows Server 2012. Never used windows server before, I only secured it, and put the game server up and running. I also need FTP Server. MY knowledge here is bare, only ever used Linux Servers for the last 4 years.

Just need a bit of a reference, I should be able to fill in the blanks.

    Thanks!
