Just took a quick look at your site.
1. You should Validate your page and ensure there are no errors - this is just good practice - on each of your pages you have a minimum of 30 errors.
2. Tables are not the best way to design your site - but that is your decision to go that way.
3. Live Support - the banner is MASSIVE and a complete waste of space - especially when the Live Support is currently offline - so it makes a joke of idea you have with the clock with no hands.
4. You header banner is very much not to my liking.
5. There is a sense that this site was stitched together from bits and pieces from all over the place. The menu looks out of place and doesn't fit right. Some areas have rounded corners while other are completely square.
6. There is not enough padding or space in the main content area - it feels cramped and uncomfortable.
7. The colours are all mashed up and gives a very unprofessional feel the site overall.
8. Most of your content seems to suggest the visitor will be familiar with terms used - but your pricing is aimed at entry level uninitiated customers that think most of this is gobbledegoop nonsense.
9. There is a usability disconnect when using the contact form, all of a sudden you are transported to WHMCS and it feels like a completely different site - and it has a completely different header.
10. I would remove the 'xx visitors online in the last 15 minutes' as it only shows how unpopular your site is - it offers nothing to potential clients and would cut down a query or 2.
I would suggest getting a designer to do a makeover and have some quality content created for you that targets your exact audience. The site right now feels like you or a friend designed it, with no design skills. It feels like a 1990's MS FrontPage template that was modified.
